The son of Goku and Chi-Chi. He is the survivor from the future that actually battled the androids. He was really strong but just not strong enough to defeat BOTH of the androids. He trains Trunks to become a Super Saiyan so Trunks too can battle with the androids. It kind of worked and it kind of failed because Trunks goes Super Saiyan when he finds out that Gohan is dead. He falls victim to the androids in a short battle with one arm left.
